Order Processing All MatchDay Totes products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Order 2 or more bags and receive free shipping automatically — no code needed.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays During peak periods such as the World Cup season, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MatchDay Totes cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
